Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.Completely open to working any shift and any time as business demands.Requires ability to compile facts and figures, read and write in English, and communicate exceptionally both orally and in writing.Proven track record of a fun attitude and contagious personality.Previous customer service experience required.Takes ownership of guest challenges and resolves guest issues using service recovery tools. Greets and assists each guest in a friendly and courteous manner when registering them and checking them out, as well as providing information and directions to guests regarding all services available on property. In conjunction with the other members of the hotel operations team, Hotel Ambassadors provide fun hospitality in a friendly manner in accordance with the Harrah’s Resort Southern California Family Style Service standards.
